(1)本俱乐部（非营利）活动属于自发性、自愿性，未含任何保险费用，参加活动者为具有完全民事行为能力人（18岁以上公民），并且保证自己身体情况允许参加      此项活动。对于因自己身体健康和精神原因造成的运动损伤和其他情况完全负责。若未满18周岁参加活动者须由其监护人在现场看护。 

(2)请报名参加活动的人员提前到达活动地点，活动开始之前，充分热身，如场外慢跑等运动，尽量避免、减少运动损伤。 

(3)所有参加活动的人员注意保护自己的人身以及财产安全，凡参加俱乐部组织的各项羽毛球活动，在活动中发生的意外伤害事故或个人财产损失，俱乐部及活动组织    者不承担任何责任。 

(4)俱乐部的活动规则最终解释权归活动组织者所有。本规定即日起试行。

(1) The club (non-profit) activities are spontaneous, voluntary and do not include any insurance fees. Participants are persons with full civil capacity (citizens over the age of 18) and ensure that their physical condition allows them to participate in the activities.
